At Connections Collective i have had quite a few different roll’s, I started as a developer who then became the recruiter and expanded the venezuelan team, I was assigned as lead for the team due to my good communication skill and constant updates to the stakeholders. Now a days my job focuses on resource allocation for the development team, determining who will work on which projects and participating in the initial scope of the project to provide realistic deadlines, and proper resource distribution. I am also in charge of handling a client pipeline which provides multiple websites projects that I supervise from start to finish.

At Trust Constructores I started as an intern and learned the ins and outs of construction in venezuela, i was made familiar with all the processes and was then assigned to be the projects manager assistant . From there I provided some IT support such as setting up G Suite for the company, Backing up all the data on the server. I also suggested we looked into the emerging Construction management software so we could implement them and have more control over the projects.
